The Treoc Investor software grew out of CProp Investor, which was developed by Coert Coetzee. Coert is a property investor and developed the software to help him with the management of his own portfolio. In the beginning he readily shared copies of his software with friends. It was soon very popular, and Coert started to present seminars to meet the demand. Today Coert presents seminars internationally. He has taught thousands of people how to use the software for transaction planning, portfolio management and refinancing.
