Quick Start

First time visitors will see that some of the links on the left hand side of the page are not active.
Please read through the following steps to understand the basic steps of the program.
This will enable you to use all the functionality in the Treoc Investor Software.

How to activate the Deal Manager

Click on "add new deal".
Complete the detail of your deal.
Click on "add deal"

Click now on "my deals".
Click on your "propery name"
The links in the Deal Manager will now be avtive.

How to activate the Portfolio Manager

Click on "add new portfolio".
Complete the detail of your portfolio.
Click on "add portfolio"

Click on "my portfolios".
Click on the portfolio name.
The links in the Portfolio Manager will now be active.

How to activate the Property Manager

We have two options to add a property.

First Option – New Deals – Property that you want to make an offer on.
   Click on "my deals".
   Click on the property name that you have added through the "add deal".
   Click on "promote deal".
   Add the specific property to a portfolio of your selection ( This portfolio    must be added through the "add new portfolio" link ).

Second Option – Existing properties
   Click on "my portfolios".
   Click on the portfolio name that must accomodate this property.
   Click on "add new property" on the Portfolio Manager section.
   Complete the detail of your property.
   Click on "add property".

Treoc Investor User Manual

On the right hand side of the page following will be visible: Page Information, Field Information and Feedback windows.

Page Information

This is a definition of the page you are on. It will define all the fields available on the page.

Field Information

When you click on any block or area on the page, the Field Information window will display a definition of the specific field.

Feedback

This will take you to the Q & A section of the Treoc Investor software where you will find relevant questions and answers.
If you cannot find your question and answer there or you wish to make a comment or a suggestion, you simply complete the block provided and submit it to us.
